These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JinnSight's website and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Terms

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. JinnSight cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Payment and Billing

The Pro plan is billed monthly at $30/month. Additional credit packs are $15 each and are charged at the time of purchase.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

3. Free Trial

The free trial provides access to 10 enriched prospects over 7 days. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you may subscribe to continue using the service or your account will be limited to read-only access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute prospect data outside your organization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract underlying data or algorithms
• Share account credentials or allow multiple users on a single account
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of JinnSight is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described there.

Prospect data provided by JinnSight is compiled from publicly available sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all contact information is current or correct.

6. Intellectual Property

JinnSight and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JinnSight and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the service (such as your business description or ICP criteria).

7. Service Modifications

JinnSight reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. JinnSight may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

JinnSight provides the service "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall JinnSight be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the change becoming effective.
